Providing an experience, that at the end of the day, makes you feel successful, empowered and smile is what I strive for. I am a wife, mother of 4 boys, hockey player and a breast cancer survivor. Life is complicated, and life is not always easy, especially during Covid, but through mind/body health and fitness we can make it better together!

FEEL FUNCTIONAL AND FRIENDLY!
Friday's at 10:30am
We begin this class with 15 minutes of social time and connections, something we can all use in this crazy time, before taking a gentle approach to fitness. This class will focus on the four key components of fitness including cardiovascular endurance , muscular strength, balance and flexibility. Improve your overall health by spending this hour with us!
GENTLE FLOW YOGA
Sunday's at 9:30am
Gentle Flow Yoga is geared specifically to those new to yoga or those who are interested in a gentle practice. This class incorporates simple flowing sequences to warm up the body, as well as slower paced movements focusing on alignment, strength, balance, and flexibility. No experience or flexibility required. Everyone Welcome.
THE TONE ZONE
Friday's at 9:30am
A full body strength and toning class with exercises to target the lower body, upper body and core. A variety of fun formats, exercise combinations and home equipment will be used each week to keep you engaged and coming back for more.
Tuesday's at 9:30am
A tabata workout consists of 20 seconds of high intensity training, followed by 10 seconds of rest, performed eight times. This type of training is scientifically proven to change your body. You can do anything for 20 seconds!!!!
Tuesday's at 10:30am
In Yin yoga, the poses are held for a long period of time (typically three to five minutes or longer) to target the connective tissues (such as the ligaments) rather than focusing on the muscles. As a result, the asanas are more passive holds, with little muscular engagement.
Strength doesn’t come from what you can do. It comes from overcoming the things you once thought you couldn’t.
So privileged to have been introduced to you, and your style of teaching. You truly are most dedicated. I know the hard work that comes from planning and preparing for classes. It is not easy being innovative and inspiring at the same time. You definitely have the "knack" for doing just that.
