I know starting a workout habit is really hard. Sticking with a workout routine can be hard. Getting back at it after a week, month or year can be hard.
While you are physically capable of working out right now, there's this crazy dialogue going on in your head that holds you back or keeps telling you it's okay to push it off. That "later" you will get back into it once things settle down.
There is no settling down in this life! There will ALWAYS be stuff going on. There is never the perfect time.
Many say it takes 21 days to create a habit and 90 days to change it into a lifestyle. That means for 90 days you need to keep showing up in some way, somehow. It doesn't mean you have to do the most gruelling workout every day, but it does mean you make yourself (mind and body) a priority in some manner EVERY SINGLE DAY!. Maybe it's 5 minutes, maybe it's an hour? Every minute matters!!
