We begin this class with 15 minutes of social time and connections, something we can all use in this crazy time, before taking a gentle approach to fitness. This class will focus on the four key components of fitness including cardiovascular endurance , muscular strength, balance and flexibility. Improve your overall health by spending this hour with us!
