SUN SALUTATION CHALLENGE

Service Description

Week #1 we will move through 7 Sun A Salutations. Week #2 we will move through 7 Sun B Salutations. Week #3 we will ramp things up with a combination of Sun A and Sun B Salutations adding on a salutation each day until the final day of the Challenge June 21st which is the Summer Solstice. This final day we will complete 21 Sun Salutations.
